Gumma Seshadri Sekhar, FCA, ACS
Gumma Seshadri Sekhar is the founding partner of the firm with more than 3 decades of professional experience. Mr Sekhar is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and an Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Mr. Sekhar has more than 30 years of work experience in finance, accounts and secretarial functions of large industrial corporate organizations in India, including offshore development centres of US companies. During the employment tenure Mr. Sekhar has rendered accredited service to ensure financial and compliance accomplishments of respective employers. He was also instrumental in setting up offshore development units of few software companies at Hyderabad. With a flair for self-actualization, Mr. Sekhar has considered furthering his career as a corporate consultant and practicing Chartered Accountant. Since July 2003 Mr. Sekhar is associated with various organizations as principal consultant providing corporate finance, taxation and legal compliances and MIS services. To enable offering the services through a team of specialists, and at the best of the professional standards, Mr.Sekhar has founded M/s. G S Sekhar & Associates, a practicing Chartered Accountants firm.
Gumma Dayanidhi, FCA, ACMA
Gumma Dayanidhi, the senior partner of M/s. G S Sekhar & Associates is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and an Associate member of the Institute of Cost & Management Accountants of India. Mr. Dayanidhi's post qualification experience of more than one decade includes employment with MNC-Industry of Software services and a heavy engineering & Manufacturing industry PSU, with full time working experience in the areas of Auditing, Taxation, Finance and Management Accounting. Mr. Dayanidhi has been associated with the firm since a long time and currently heading the Visakhapatnam office of the firm.
